What Does Dark Vaginal Discharge In A Post Menopausal Woman Indicate?
I am a 62 year old female who has been post menopausal for about 8-10 years. Recently, (in the last few days), I am experiencing a dark vaginal discharge with a foul odor. It leaves a dark stain in my underwear and yesterday had a sticky consistency.

Postmenopausal bleeding has to be evaluated thoroughly. It can be a sign of cervical or uterine cancer. Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated. You have to get an ultrasound and Pap smear.
