Symptoms- For years loose bowel movements. Ive been getting regular colonoscopy s for the past 12 years. The past 2 to 3 years I have been experiencing off and on a right eye/headache that can last days and is debilitating. Ibuprofen does help. In the past 6 to 8 months Ive been experiencing growing fatigue to the point that I lay down every afternoon I can. My lower extremities also seem to get prematurely tired even after sitting for extended periods. In the past 2 months Ive experienced intensified discomfort across my lower abdomen. This seems to be more related to the left side than right (this varies with intensity day to day but has not gone away). Had my blood tested recently. Came back with elevated B12 (2000) . Also waiting on results of a stool sample. I have taken for many years both multi vitamin, complex B and a B12. I believe I am lactose intolerant but have not stopped consuming dairy. Eat yogurt every day for many many years. Wondering if any or many of the above symptoms are related to GlutenIn my diet. I d greatly appreciate your thoughts.
