What Does Diarrhea Along With Headache Indicate?

Hi, my daughter is 15 and Wednesday had a few episodes of diarrhea, a slight headache, no fever, came home from school Thursday just not feeling well, still slight headache. Friday afternoon at school felt as though she had a fever, and when home was running 325 mg acetaminophen, again slight headache and body ache. She is not sick to her stomach, and is sleeping soundly
