What Does Diarrhea Along With Nausea And Acid Reflux Indicate?

Hi, I feel awful. Relatively healthy male, been having really uncomfortable diarrhea for several days now. Haven t eaten much either. Nausea, heartburn, but didn t eat anything out of my normal diet to cause it. Trying to soak it out in a hot bath, nothings is really helping. Ginger tea, lots of fluids, etc to no avail. Any insights?

Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Do a coproculture test so you can see what causes the diarrea
-Eat the brat diet (bananas, rice, apple, tost)
-eliminate coffee and other triggers
-Take probiotics
-Take Imodium 2 tb first and then one tb every time you have a diarrhea episode
-See a gastrologyst if you don't get better.
