General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Imaging studies can tell about spine X-rays or may be an MRI is needed to say what causes it. Chest X-ray is also helpful. Once, you should get checked by a physician. Stress and lifestyle are causes in your case. Join spine care or OMBW 'Art of Living' course. It is very helpful and speeds up recovery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
