Adenomyosis is a condition where the inner lining of the uterus( the endometrium) breaks through the muscle (myometrium).
Adenomyosis can cause severe abdominal muscle cramps. Most women have endometriosis along with adenomyosis leading to excessive bleeding and episodes of unconsciousness from anemia
You may be experiencing the headache, light headedness & even chest pains probably due to any underlying anaemic condition.
Kindly visit your gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment.
Wishing you good health!
