What Does Discolored, Spreading Rash On Buttocks Suggest?

I have had a rash like thing on my butt cheek for a while now and it is really starting to be a problem. At first there was no discoloration, just itching, more so at night before bed. But now there is discoloration, and start spreading. What this could be?

Once microbiological can be confirmed and diagnosis can be made if picture if you sent then it may be helpful, moreover, viral or staphylococccus infections can be there. Immunity is moreover is central or root cause in these cases. Hence, pranayam and OMBW is also helpful, once get check by skin specialist also.
