What Does Discomfort From The Jawline To The Breast Indicate?

Hi, I have had for a couple of months now a sensation from my jaw line down my neck on left side to my breast, I have a history of reactive lymphadenopathy so I went to the dr and was given antibiotics this helped with the sensation but its back. It happens daily random times. Now I m concerned bc after I speak for a long period of time my voice gets hoarse. I have normal CBC & CMP no weight loss or pain. I have a history of smoking occasionally. Could my lymph nodes be reacting to the smoking, Cancer, or infection? I have a couple of sores on me that I scratch at night while I sleep. I also have a sinus cyst on the left side.

* As per my clinical experience, the mentioned discomfort is related to underlying stress, not pathological.
