What Does Discomfort In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

Hello, the last couple days I ve been feeling discomfort in my lower stomach/abdomen area. I don t feel pain there, just discomfort. Sometimes I feel like it runs down towards my genitals but no pain. However I do feel pain in my lower back due to an car accident I had 2 year ago. Can you tell me what you think this is?

It can be due to a kidney stone. Kidney stones may cause discomfort in the lower abdomen and groin and also, low back pain. An X-ray KUB(Kidneys, Ureters and Urinary bladder) will confirm the diagnosis.
