General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You are having discomfort in the lower left abdomen and back. It can be indicative of colitis, diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, PID, constipation, peritonitis, bowel obstruction, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get all required blood tests, CBC, urinalysis, imaging tests, etc., done to detect the pathology causing you the symptoms.

You will be treated accordingly. Stay away from addictions if any. You can take antacids, on SOS for relief. You can take acetaminophen, one stat when required to get rid of back pain. Take home made boiled food for a couple of days to reduce the symptoms. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. Do regular exercises, jogging, running and walking. Get all tests and investigations done. Get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
