What Does Discomfort In Vagina With Bloating During Periods Suggest?

Im 29 yrs old,about 5"7 weigh 195lbs has had 2 children.Now here is my concern,I had 2 periods last month which never happens,and two weeks later i am now spotting and feeling discomfort in my vagina and crampy and bloating do you know why this is happening to me? i have made an appt with my doc for friday but just thought i would check this out and ask,and i am a lil worried because u just know when something isn't right with ur body.
