What Does Distended Pelvicalyceal System Mean?
Hi. What does it mean to have distended pelvicalyceal system and ureters on both sides down to bladder on left and uterus on right with no radiopaque calculi seen in the kidneys or s long the ureters. Bladder is distended. Ureters are dilated. Maybe due to reflux disease with a distended bladder.

I would like to know your age and gender
if it’s elderly male you need to get your prostate checked
you have obstructive uropathy
there may be a narrow portion in your urethra since no stones are seen on ultra sound
if urethra is narrowed than you will need to go for dialatation or urethroplasty
most of the urologist will be able to help you with that
it’s a routine procedure
