What Does Dizziness After A Gastric Sleeve Surgery Indicate?

I am 12 weeks post op from gastric sleeve surgery. I have lost 35 pounds. Current weight 196. I am extremely dizzy and lightheaded. My resting pulse rate (per fitbit) is 50. My pulse at night while sleeping is 43-48. What is causing this? Dehydration? I can only drink about 40 ounces of water a day.

This are due to the extreme weight loss and dehydration . Body needs some time to get used to it. Also take care of what you eat. Eat small amounts eat slowly .
