What Does Dizziness After Jumping On A Trampoline Indicate?

hi i went to a trampoline park this after noon and was bouncing up and down , flipping and bouncing on my back and after a while when i bouncing on my back everything felt like jt would start to spin and it kept going , it’s been a few hours since that and i’m still feeling very light headed . is it safe to go to sleep ?

Hello,
Yes going to sleep is fine.You probably dislodged some of the crystals in your inner ear and this can cause vertigo (room spinning sensation). if it does not clear up, see a doctor.
