What Does Dizziness Along With Severe Headache Indicate?

Hi, I have been having these blackouts along with dizziness daily, also I have these severe headaches with eye pain from the morning to afternoon so usually 3 to 4 hours. And these happen very often and are mostly consistant. I also have these white outs where I suddenly feel stabbing pain on my lower abdomen and then get extremely hot then cold and sweaty then have trouble breathing and hearing and finally completely lose consciousness or faint. This doesn t happen as regularly butbuts happened three times this year and each time uts the same. And um.. do i have to pay for this cuz I m seeing specialists and just want another opinion soooo

So better to follow these steps for symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
2. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
3. Avoid Fasting and take your meals timely.
4. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
5. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
6. Take combination of Propranolol and flunarizine once a day at night before going to bed.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
