What Does Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In The Hands Indicate?

I have light headedness, my hands tingle and there is pressure at the base of my neck where my pinch nerve is (was in hospital and was checked for cartiac problems, blood pressure, etc. nothing found) still have styptoms what could it be? Have follow up with cardiologist in 2 days)
