Dizziness and tingling sensation on tongue as per your query is due a a condition called tongue parestheia which occur due to pressure on nerve, nerve injury or nerve destruction. If this tingling and numbness is on one side of tongue it occurs due to swelling of some infectious tooth which puts pressure on nerve and if it occurs on both side of tongue it is due to nerve injury or certain medical condition like hypoparathyroidism which is condition you should be more concerned about.
I would suggest you to visit dentist or oral surgeon once to rule out the cause whether its oral or systemic. If its oral then start treatment of infected tooth which is causing pressure on nerve roots. If its systemic visit ENT specialist.
Hope your concern has been resolved. Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
