What Does Dizziness And Vomitting Indicate?

I am having issues with nausea and vomiting. Started yesterday after noon and continued thru evening. Ate a little dinner last night and went to bed. Was able to keeop it down all night. Still feeling somewhat bad today i called into work. Got out of bed around 5 am as usual. Went into living room and slept in chair till 10 am. Decied to try to eat had some chicken soup. I am only ok if i sleep or keep my eyes closed ( which usually ends up in me going to sleep). I decided to try to stay awake around 1 pm. Was feeling the same slight nausea but not like i was going to throw up. Went to pee around 1:30 and out of the blue started vomiting severly. So its safe to say nothing i have eaten stays down unless i go to sleep and stay asleep. Im dehydrated from throwing up so much yesterday but i dont want to chug water although i am craving it. What the hell is wrong with me? Head feels kinda fuzzy and light headachey yesterday also. other then that i dont have any dhiarrhea ect.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there. I read through your question and it seems you are suffering from severe gastritis. You need to take small liquid diets to avoid vomiting. I would suggest you to take an antiemetic like ondensetron or domperidone. Also a proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole. Keep yourself hydrated by taking small sips of ORS. If you still don't recover you should go to ER as you may required to be given IV anti emetics.I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write.
