What Does Dizziness Followed By Vomiting Indicate?

Hello - I experienced vertigo today for the first time in approx. 15 years. It was a very sudden case of dizziness, followed by vomiting and tingling of entire body. I have slept most of the afternoon and am trying to re-hydrate with Gatorade and lots of liquids. I feel better this afternoon, but should i go see my Dr. to have it checked out? Also, live in FL with heat index of 105 degrees----this incident happened after being outdoors with pool service technician.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
The picture shows you might had Heat Stroke. Dizziness and high body temperatures are dangerous if not treated with oral or IV rehydration therapy. it’s good you controlled your situation by taking plenty of water and ORS. If you feel perfectly all right you are OK but be cautious while going in open or working in Sun. You should avoid excessive Sun and heat.
If you feel anything adverse in future, please report to ER.
