Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, In the last five days if I bend over or barely bend over I get dizzy and feel like I am going to faint and sometimes get headache. History: I am a healthy 56 yr white women. I have had sinus problems for years, I do take Clarita in the morning, but can t take at night because it causes me sleeping problems.
You may want to add a decongestant to the antihistamine, claritine, that you are currently using. This can be combined with tablet claritine d or you can get a decongestant separately. The decongestant should help get rid of any congestion in the sinuses. If you are experiencing facial discomfort due to congestion of these sinuses then a warm compress to the face would also help. The compress can be applied 2 to 3 times daily.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Michelle Gibson James
