What Does Dull Pain In The Center Of Chest Indicate?

Recently I have been experiencing a dull pain in the center of my chest. I had attributed this to stress. Today I experienced it much harsher and it seems to be effecting my jaw, almost like this pain is causing an odd tingling sensation in my jaw, more specifically near the bottom of my front teeth. I was wondering if there was anything I should be concerned about.

Hello

Your symptoms may be due to many reasons like cardiopulmonary causes, acidity, musculoskeletal causes etc.
Firstly it is important to exclude angina and it is important to know your age.
You may need clinical correlation and few investigations.
You may need routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver and renal function test, lipid profile, chest X-ray (PA view),upper GI endoscopy,ECHO,TMT,ultrasound of abdomen.
Further investigations may be advised after evaluation.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
