What Does Echogenic Lesions In Abdomen Suggest?
hi, i m a house wife,31 years old , yesterday i went for health checkup.They took Ultrasound or abdomen and pelvis then they told that the result is there are multiple non-mobile echogenic lesions measureing 4-7mm in the non-dependent wall with no after shadowing s/o polyps. There is evidence of mobile cluster of echogenic foci with no evidence of after shadowing-s/o cholesterol caliculi. I want to know about this and what is the trements?

Your problem could be Xanthogranulomatosis of gall bladder.symptoms could be pain abdomen,nausea vomiting and indigestion.surgical management like laprosopic cholecystectomy is the treatment option available..consult your surgeon for expert management.
