What Does Echogenic Retroverted Uterus In Scan Report Suggest?

I been diagonised with cervical cancer. the following is the scan result. Homogenous echogeric retronerte uterus seen with an enlarged ill defined cervix.- No free fluid seen in pouch of douglas Both Lt & Rt adrexin appear normal ABD - Lt & Rt kidneys seen with dilated pelvic calyceal system IMP - CA CX - Bilateral hydronephrosis

1.The scan result and the history suggest cervical cancer / malignancy with advanced stage.
2.As causing bilateral hydro nephrosis is seen in stage IV ca cervix.
3.Retroverted uterus means posterior tilt of the uterus in relation ship with urinary bladder.
4.The confirmatory in this car will be biopsy of the lesion.
5.A CT can will be helpful to evaluate the extensions and presence of any metastasis. Depending on the findings one can plan the treatment.
