Docter, I was 24 Years old. my test reports came like this,. ALANINE TRANSAMINASE (SGPT) PHOTOMETRY 46.7 U/l M: 13 to 40 - F: 10 to 28 GAMMA GLUTAMYL TRANSFERASE (GGT) PHOTOMETRY 60.9 U/l M: 0 to 55 - F :0 to 38 Do i need to consult a docter? is there any tips to control it?

your liver enzymes are mildly elevated ,
if you don't have any symptoms these elevations are not considered significant.
you should avoid non veg for few weeks and take green leaf vegetables like keela nalli and drink lot of water to remove toxins from body.
you should give more information about why you did the test like as part of regular health checkup or for any particular reason
