Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The globulin is only mildly elevated at 3.9, the normal range is 2 to 3.9, the albumin/globulin ratio is within normal range, it supposed to be between 0.8 to 2.0. The slight change should be associated with any serious problems but you can have it repeated in a few months if you remain concerned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
