My heart rate is resting 100 and whenever I get up it spikes to 120 or 130 whenever I do too much walking and I am up for too long or during physical activity The highest it has gotten to is 205 and I was just walking to my classes. At first I though it was just my body fighting off a sickness I had but it s been a week and nothing has changed, my inhaler hasn t helped and I don t know what s wrong with me
Inhaler word has got us little confused. are you an asthmatic?
concerning your increased heart rate, you need to get yourself checked up by a cardiologist and pulmonologist wherein an ECG can be adviced along with further investigations.
increased heart rate can be related to an asthma attacks or pathology of a heart or a physiological condition wherein heart beats faster than required or some other intrinsic factor.
there is nothing to worry whatever the cause is, it can be managed appropriately.
have a good day.
