What Does Enlarged Earlobe Filled With Fluid Indicate?

I have history of head injury: severe concussion at age 7, microvascular decompression to cure trigeminal neuralgia with a complication of CSF leak through incision appr. 8 yrs ago; fell in August of 2011 and fractured my skull which also resulted in a CSF leak through my left nostril. I then was in a car accident at the end of November and was diagnosed with another concussion. Last night, I was picking (I know it s bad) and popped a blackhead on my earlobe. During the night I awoke with a severe headache which is rare but not abnormal after surgery. My problem now is that my earlobe is twice the size of the other and if I squeeze it, it leaks fluid. Could this be another CSF leak?

Hello,

Its unlikely to get a CSF leak when squeezing over an ear lobe. You might have got an allergic dermatitis, ( sort of skin infection) Consult a doctor in person
