I came to know that i have urine infection and my report says 2-3 pus cells, occasional epithelial cells and gram negative bacilli were seen and under heading isolate-1 it is Escherichia coli adn colony count 100000/ml. What it mean doctor? And is this dangerous? Please answer my query. Thank you
