Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My baby is now 18 months old but since day one he has cried soooo much that am at a point im depressed exhausted he just non stop crying nyt and day docs dont take it serious could there be sone reason for this as this is not normal never been one day where he has been happy constant crying please help can he be autistic ? Hes brain development and all the rest are excellent but emotionally its a different story
Crying is a normal thing in children but could be there are things to consider like is he hungry, maybe not feeding properly, he is not getting the attention he is wanting. Expressing his emotion as crying, could be that he is in the same diaper for long time, hence he is uncomfortable. he could not be sleeping properly, making him to be cranky. You should try looking into these and see improvement.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Zainab Hassanali, General & Family Physician
