Thanks for contacting with your health concern

1. As most of the symptoms commonly occur with hyperthyroidism thus check with his TFT profile.

PS. check with an Endocrinologist/Medical specialist for any hidden cause like type II diabetes, pheochromocytoma, lymphoma [bone marrow disorder], bacterial infection [TB, endocarditis]

2. As eosinophilic count is high [Normal: less than 350 cells/mcL] thus one has to exclude pathology like asthma, autoimmune diseases, and LEUKEMIA

PS. remember that the eosinophil count is used to help confirm a diagnosis. The test cannot tell if the higher number of cells is caused by allergy or parasite infection.

3. Lack of vitamin B12 can also cause most of the symtpoms like fatigue, numbness, lack of concentration, hair loss, weakness for which you can take animal protein [dairy products, fish, meat, eggs] or multivitamin B12 supplement to overcome the deficiency.

4. As prime concern is head sweating thus I would recommend going for a blood test [CBC] for white blood cell count which further may indicate the need for bone marrow biopsy to confirm the diagnosis of leukemia [if there]
