What Does Exophytic Hypodense Space Occupying Lesion In Right Lobe Of Liver Mean?
I send ct report partially exophytic hypodense space occupying lesion of size ~ 113 int 79 int 70mm is noted in the segment V / VIII of right lobe of liver. The lesion shows heterogeneous hyper enhancement in arterial phase with early wash out. The lesion is supplied by the branches of right hepatic artery. The CT scan shows a growth in segment V/VII of liver. I suggest you to consult a gastro-surgeon with CT scan report for a fine needle aspiration of the lesion to know the exact nature of the lesion.
