What Does Faint Nodular Opacity Indicated In X Ray Result Mean?
My wife had a procedure in January 2016 for a full nephrectomy of the right kidney due to a solid mass which was later diagnosed as malignant. She did not need any therapy according to the oncologist as everything was removed. Her latest X-ray indicated that there is a faint nodular opacity in the left para cardiac area. What does this mean? Thank you.

sorry to say but this appears to be metastases..it may be trivial initially but have grown now ..but you should consult your oncologist as soon as possible ..he may have to order some blood test too just to check if it some infection And CT chest to determine exact nature of this lung nodule
