Hepatic and portal vein radicals are normal. Gall bladder: No calulus. CBD is normal calibre. Pancreas: normal size. NO evidence of duct dilatation or calcification. spleen: normal shape. Para aoratic area: No demonstrable para acritic hymphadenopathy. Kidneys: right: Noraml in sahape and size. Coriciticoo medullary differenciation is well made out. no evidence of calculus or hydronephrosia. Left: Noraml in sahape and size. Coricitico medullary differenciation is well made out. no evidence of calculus or hydronephrosia U B; normal in shape. no evidence of calculus. post void 10ml. Prostrate enlarged in size wt 32 gms. No evidence of ascities. No mass or collection in the RIF and LIF, NO evidence of bowel wall thickening. Fatty liover Grade 1 and grade 1 prostatomegaly. What it means.
