What Does Fever Along With Lower Backache And Stomach Ache Indicate?

My husband has had a fever for 7 days. Up until Saturday he also had a really bad low back ache and stomach soreness, yesterday he had no fever all day and last night it came back. He also is tired. Not as much as last week but still tired off and on. Could this be the flu? He has no cold symptoms

No, it just not says it is flu. It depends if you have diarrhea fever and abdominal and generalized body pains you might get.
