Fibrohazy densities in both upper lobes is due to infection.
Your father need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
Findings may be due to pneumonia or tuberculosis.
He need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,mantoux test,PCR for T.B.
Treatment depend upon findings.
Calcified aorta is related to aging and metabolic disorders like hypertension,diabetes mellitus.
Diaphragm and bony thorax are normal.
