What Does Fibrolinear Nodular Densities In The Xray Suggest?

Hi, Doc... I d like to ask please if what does fibrolinear and nodular calcific densities in both upper lung fields likely residual infiltrates due to past chronic inflammatory process means? this is the result of my xray. I am applying for work abroad, and I am worried about it.. Thank you.

Thanks for writing to HCM

Fibrolinear and nodular calcific densities in both upper lung fields are due to sequel of infection.Infection naturally heals by calcification and fibrosis.This condition doesn't generally require any treatment unless it compromises pulmonary functions.
Findings are not serious at all.
