Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of fibrous densities in the upper lung fields could be due to tuberculosis and this could be asymptomatic.
You need to get some tests for indirect evidence of tuberculosis.
You need to get a Mantoux test.
If there is sputum production, it can be tested for mycobacterium tuberculosis. In case there is no sputum , sputum can be produced by inhalation of vapours.
In case if possible an aspiration cytology of the fibrous lesion can be done to look for granuloma formation or presence of mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Consult your treating doctor with the report for the investigations and appropriate management.

Thanks and take care
