What Does Flesh Colored Lump On Right Side Of Throat With White Spots Indicate?

I am a 42 year old female. I have a flesh colored lump on the right side of my throat with white spots on it. It feels as though I have something caught in my throat. It appeared 2 weeks ago and has not been painful. Today, however, it burns a little.

Hi,
This is most likely to be your tonsils or adenoids. These often enlarge and develop spots as they react to infections which may be relatively mild without any symptoms. I suggest you take paracetamol and ibuprofen if you need pain relief. Warm water with honey will help soothe. The swelling will reduce in the next few days.
