I've got my scan reads Anteverted non-bulky/non-gravid uterus, measuring(5.3*3.8*2.7)cm in dimension.Shows a uniform myometral echo-texture with a central endometrical cavity.Both adnexa are relatively free,but with a modreate fluid in the pouch of Douglas.Please explain.
