What Does Foul Vaginal Odor Indicate?
I am a 53 yr old female w/o a uterus, cervex or Fallopian tubes. Lately I’ve noticed a fishy odor possibly in my vagina. I had my annual Oct 17. Any ideas. I eat yogurt every day. I was on Levequin for pneumonia but took diflucan 3 times during the course of antibiotics. My email is YYYY@YYYY Thank you very much, I find this very embarrassing.

That can be due to Trichomonas vaginalis infection, which can lead to such symptoms. The fungal infection and STD (Sexually transmitted disease) should be ruled out by blood investigation, and urine and vaginal secretion examination.
