What Does Fragile Cervix With Cervical Polyp Mean?

Hi, im a 26 year old female, i had a pap smear last year which came back with low grade changes. I had my repeat pap last week the nurse said i had a fragile cervix? What is this? Also i have a cervical polyp, i have never been pregnant is this uncommon?
