What Does Free Fluid In The Pouch Of Douglas Mean On An Ultrasound Report?

please good evening..I had a medical abortion last month and bled for 2 weeks..after the bleeding I had my menses which ended on Saturday..I did a urine pregnancy test which had one thick red line and one thin one..and today I did an ultrasound which indicated I had free fluid in my pouch of Douglas..please help me what does it mean and how can it affect my health

Some time ruptured Cyst or follicles can cause fluid collection. Some time retrograde mensuration can cause. According to your complains and amount of fluid collection we have to treat. Consult your OG doctor.
