What Does Free Fluid Mean Shown In Ultrasound?

The following results of ultrasound.
Bladder is normal, uterus is midline 7.3cm in length. Endometrium is 7.4mm in thickness. There is a trace of free fluid. R ovary is significantly increased in size w/volume of 22cc. Peripheral follicles are seen. L ovary is enlarged w/volume of 16cc. Peripheral follicles are seen. There impression is PCOS which was expected due to previous hormone tests. I am 33 year of age, TTC. Other than PCOS, is there anything else I need to worry about? What is the free fluid mean?
