What Does Frequent Urination Along With Abdominal Pain Indicate?

Hi doctor, I have been frequently urinating within 5-10 mins after drinking half bottle of water. And sometimes, my urine is slightly green. (I’m a 18 years old male). I ejaculate 4 times per week, and I also noticed my semen is slightly yellow as well. I do not take any medications. I also have abdominal pain.

Urinary tract infection which might be causing prostatitis as well. Get urine tested for routine microscopy and culture and depending upon report you might need antibiotics
