i suffer from reccurant uti s and have been on antibiotics (amaxacilin) since last monday, so a week, 1 3 times a day. i finished the course last night and was begining to feel better, but this morning, it has got worse. i am suffering more now than i was when i first went to the gp on monday last week. it feels like i am peeing glass and constantly feels like i need to go, but i dont. my lower back is begining to hurt too? please help
First thing do not take antibiotics without urine culture report UTI is common in females, needs to take good amount of liquids daily around 3-4 litres and local hygiene.
Take cranberry juice which will avoid UTI need to get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to know the status at present like any stones in bladder, kidney or ureter.
