What Does Gravid Uterus With Single In Gestation With No Foetus Mean?

hi, i have just had an ultra sound. i am supposedly 6weeks 6 days pregnant. the comment on the ultra sheet is gravid uterus, single gestation with no fetus or york....what does that mean? am i pregnant or not? Could this be a miscarriage? i am to see my OBG/GYN tomorrow

Hi,

I think that this may be a case of miscarriage so I would suggest you repeat the ultrasound examination of lower abdomen after two weeks to confirm if the pregnancy is viable or not.
