What Does Green Watery Diarrhea After Encephalopathy Treatment Indicate?

Sister in hospital with encephalopathy from Hep C. After large doses of lactilos, had an explosive session with watery diarrhea. She is used to that. But moments after she thought she was through came green watery diarrhea. What could that be from?

it's bile .. secretion... in stools..
lactulose is given to create alkaline environment n kill ammonia producing bacteria.. it has strong laxative action.
