What Does Grinding Sound Upon Moving The Hips Indicate?
My hip makes a grinding noise when i move it in particular directions, i have had xrays which show no damage to the bones and had physiotherapy but it still does it, I am at a loss as i feel i just waste doctors time by going to see them. recently i have got a new job where i am at a desk for 8hrs a day and the pain in my hip is gradually increasing, any ideas?

If you give full details including x-rays, then it will be more helpful. It can be due to arthritis. Taking diacerein, glucosamine and methylsulfonylmethane will be helpful.
