I AM SORRY BUT YOUR QUESTION IS SOMEWHAT INCOMPLETE, STILL I WILL TRY TO ANSWER.
SENSITIVITY IS ALWAYS ASSOCIATED WITH TOOTH PROBLEM LIKE CARIES,ATTRITION ABRASION EROSION ETC.IF CAVITY IS NOT DEEP IT IS TO BE FILLED.ALSO FILLING MATERIAL USED IS IMPORTANT
IF CAVITY IS DEEP THEN FILLING WILL NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
DEPENDING ON TRIMESTAR OF YOUR PREGNANCY DENTAL TREATMENT CAN BE DONE. MOSTLY ALL DENTAL TREATMENTS CAN BE DONE IN SECOND TRIMESTAR THAT 4,5, 6 MONTH OF YOUR PREGANCY. ALSO SOMETIMES IN PREGNANCY GUM PROBLEMS LIKE SWOLLEN GUMS OR RECEDING GUMS IS THERE. PROPER DENTAL CONSULTATION WILL ONLY SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM
