What Does Hard, Painful Solar Plexus Area With Chest Pain, Anxiety, Fearfulness, Gurgling Stomach Indicate?

My solar plexus area is painful, hard as if in spasm. Chest pains. No heart problems have been detected by complete heart tests. Back pain as well. IBS, fybromyalgia etc...anxious personality, live in fear but very active, covering up. Heart pain stops me sleeping. Gurgling in stomach. Yet eat little and early in evening and chew thoroughly.

This could be gastritis (increased acidity in stomach). Make sure you do not skip any meals. Avoid drinking coffee or tea and carbonated drinks. You could try a short course of antacid medications like Omeprazole 20 mgs once daily for 2-3 weeks and see if there is an improvement in symptoms. If your symptoms persists you could consult a gastroenterologist.
